Eshmuno® HCX: rigid base beads for easy packing
The highly cross-linked hydrophilic polyvinyl derivative assures outstanding robustness compared to other bead-based technologies.
The spherical regular shape of the beads and its appropriate particle size distribution allows for easy packing and scale-up. Its open and regular pore system enables a good accessibility of the proteins to the ligand. The tentacles, forming a three-dimensional ion exchange network, are also supporting this superior accessibility.
